Hot Cereal with Cinnamon

3 tablespoons flax meal
3 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
2/3 cup water
dash salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup (chilled) heavy cream
Splenda to taste

 

Mix flax meal, vanilla, water, and salt until smooth. Microwave approximately 2 minutes. Top with remaining indredients.

Serves 1
