I like putting ribs, or chicken (boneless, skinless breasts) in the crockpot with Atkins BBQ sauce… let it cook all day the ribs are so tender the meat falls off the bone…. the chicken is tasty… I put it in my ceasar salads…

I love this Cafe Chicken Recipe, too. . .

Cafe Chicken

1 Onion chopped
2 Cloves o garlic chopped
Salt & white pepper to taste

1 cup Dry white wine
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover pot and set at low.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender.

Do onions have any carbs in them? They have a little bit, right, because they carmelize when sauteed. Otherwise, sounds delicious!

Hey Suzee. Yes, cooked onions have more carbs, but that’s because the cooked onions have less volume than raw onion. I would suggest using green onions as well. To begin with they have less carbs then do any type of other onions.
